Management Guidelines:

• First spray is suggested at 130-140 accumulated DSV after crop emergence
• Once the accumulated DSV reaches above 125, it is also advised to observe 7-day accumulated rainfall to take decision for first spray
  • 7-day rainfall <7 mm - Low
  • 7-day rainfall 7-14 mm - Medium
  • 7-day rainfall >14 mm - High
• Subsequent sprays
  • Observe 7-day total rainfall map/amount to take subsequent spray decision
  • At 30-35 accumulated DSV if 7-day rainfall is >14 mm (high rainfall)
  • At 40-45 accumulated DSV if 7-day rainfall is 7 to 14 mm (medium rainfall)
  • At 50-55 accumulated DSV if 7-day rainfall is <7 mm (low rainfall)
